What's the port number for connecting Alteryx server controller

I tried to schedule a workflow on an Alteryx server (controller), but got the error as below. I think it's due to firewall issue because I can connect to that controller from other machine. Does anyone know which port is for the communication between Alteryx desktop and controller? Thanks!
