try to clear Cache browse. We have the same error some days ago, after didi an upgrade as well.

This solve our problem.

How do you clear the browse cache?   I upgraded Alteryx and now my configuration screens are blank...

If you are using Chrome, top right there are 3 vertical dots under the X button.

Click the 3 dots --> history --> clear cache

Before you do this, I would recommend opening up an incognito browser or private browser to see if this would help (essentially does the same thing as clearing cache).
