Sending a text file using email function

Hello,

Is it not possible to send a text file using the email function?

Receive an error stating .txt is not a supported format.

Hi @kas 

The tool that you have in your screenshot is the Render tool which doesn't output txt files because they don't contain formatting. If you are looking to output a txt file you can use a standard Output Data tool. You can then absolutely use the email tool to send a text file.
