Retrieving Individual Server Node Logs

Hi,

I am trying to extract gallery and engine logs from each node in Alteryx server. I have the individual ips and machine names but failed to retrieve data through a folder location (e.g. \\10.10.10\c$\ProgramData\..\ ).

What am I missing and how do I go about doing this?

Hey @anants1 ,

Here are some things for you to consider:

• The Gallery logs will only be available on the server where your gallery is located
• The Engine logs must be manually enabled on the system settings
• The ProgramData folder is the default folder, please check on the Alteryx Server System Settings if that has been changed
