Outlook365 Connector Fails to Validate or Run on Server

I created a workflow using the Outlook365 connector. Designer 2023.2 with the latest Outlook connector version 1.2.0. The workflow runs fine on Designer Desktop but fails to validate when publishing to Alteryx Server using a DCM connection.

Connector is installed on Server but when I try to run the workflow on Alteryx Server, I receive the same error message:

Could not init plugin UnicodeEncodeError('charmap', '# Label: "Főtanúsítványkiadó - Kormányzati Hitelesítés Szolgáltató"\r\n-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

Anybody run into this before or know a workaround?
