Not able to access shared network folder from Gallery

HI All,

one of the user facing issue that workflow unable to access the shared network folder from Alteryx Gallery.

I tired the option of ALL UNC still throwing the error. as can't access the folder.

There are three additional options to test then.

1. Your server doesn`t have access to the shared folder in question. This is more of a question for your IT
2. The user you are using as RunAs doesn`t have the permissions needed. https://help.alteryx.com/20221/en/server/administer-alteryx-server/credentials/configure-required-ru...
3. Secondary logon service is not enabled on the server, not allowing run as credentials to work.
