Move / deactivate offline license and add to a new server

Hi all

could you please point me to the right way, what are the steps to deactivate a offline server license on an existing and running server.

And how can I later move this license to a new offline server ?

I assume I will get a file on the old server which I must upload to the Alteryx license page for deactivation. But I havent found anything in the community.
