Issue saving workflow to the server

I am running into issues while saving a workflow to the Alteryx Server. For one of the assets I get the following error:

is this an OUTPUT file?  if so, is the output tool that creates it set to CREATE NEW or Overwrite?

nope. it is read-in using the dynamic input tool.
