We have defined a macro district in our gallery, but can't figure out how to bring these into the designer so that our teams can take advantage of the macros on the gallery.
(we can do this if the macros are on a shared folder, but can't figure out how to do this for macros that are stored on the gallery)
Our desire is to be able to add the macro district as a search path to everyone's Alteryx Designer Macro Settings, so that any sanctioned and approved macros can be pushed out to everyone.

Setting up Macro folders through the User Settings will only be able to look at file locations either on your computer or network shares. Currently it is not possible to directly reference macros that are stored in a Gallery, they would first need to be downloaded. Though this is a neat Idea and would encourage you to post this to the Ideas section on our Community.
