Gallery not starting after server restore

Hi,

I have backup of my Alteryx server using emongodump, after restoring it in the new EC2 instance I am not able to access my alteryx server gallery.

ERROR: {"data":null,"exceptionName":"NotFoundException","innerExceptionMessage":"","message":"Object not found

COMMAND TO RESTORE:

"C:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\AlteryxService.exe" emongorestore=D:\MongoBackup,C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service\Persistence\MongoDB

MongoBackup folder contains:
admin folder

AlteryxGallery folder

AlteryxGallery_Lucene folder

AlteryxServer folder

ASCredentials.bin

ASMongoDBVersion.bin

mongcontroller.txt

mongoDump.txt

I installed Mongoshell and checked the locks using the command, db.locks.find(), and deleted it using db.locks.remove({}).

but deleting locks and restarting the alteryxservice returns  '404 - File or directory not found error'.

What steps should I try? 
I tried re-installing the alteryx server as well.

Hi @saqibshh ,

Since you are restoring the DB to a new machine, you have to follow the steps stated here: https://help.alteryx.com/20231/server/server-host-recovery-guide

Removing the locks is part of the process but you are missing a few additional steps.
