Alteryx Server Upgrade Issue

We are facing difficulties in starting the Alteryx service after upgrading the server to 2022.3.1. The migration tool was completed successfully, but upon checking the log details, we discovered that some steps were unsuccessful due to insufficient disk space on the D drive. However, we currently have 60 GB of available space on the D drive, and our MongoDB backup takes up only 18.2 GB. 
 
Please assist us in resolving this issue.

Since 22.3 is the most recent version of Alteryx Server, not all issues, have been discovered yet and I highly recommend you contact Alteryx support (support@alteryx.com) for their help.

 

I`m not sure how the migration tool works on the background so I would recommend adding more space in your D drive since it is far from the minimum requirement of 1TB. If you are using your D drive as your Alteryx workspace, Alteryx uses this drive as a place to store temporary files during workflow execution and that is why you should have more available space there.

 

Regarding your issue, I would start here checking if Alteryx supported posted a solution for your error already, but I highly doubt that.
