The Alteryx certificates are shard in your email id. This will be seen in credly website. Credly is a popular repository of certifications which anyone can verify for genuineness. you can create a credly account and see your certificates.

unfortnately in Alteryx, There is no certificates which you can download. It provides you with Credly certificates which is a genuine verified certification tool for most of the companies.

@reeteshchoudhury  is absolutely right, you will not be able to download your certificates from this community site although you should be able to see your certifications on your profile

You will be able to download your earned certifications through credly, they are associated with the email you used to get your certification, you will also be able to download from there
