Ranking Apps Using Multi-Row Formula

Hi Alteryx Community,

I am trying to rank school applications to see if students got into a preferred school choice than the one in which they live in.

For example, this student applied to 7 schools, out of which Choice Selection # 4, 6 and 7 are in their neighborhood (that's the Match column I added).

If the student would have gotten accepted into any school choice selection 1-4, then I want the ranking to be 1 since they got into a school choice better than their first neighborhood school. Then school choice selections 5-6 should be ranked #2 and choice 7 raked #3.

This is the IF statement I have in the multi-row formula tool

And the results I'm getting
