.xlsb file via Regular input tool. Works fine in Designer. UAT throws an error

For a workflow i am using a regular input tool for uploading a .xlsb. It works fine in designer.

However while testing in UAT it says "There was an error uploading a file. No table chosen. Please select a Table from the data source."

I'd love to be able to help but it's unclear what you the problem you are looking to solve is.

What does UAT mean? Do you have an example of the workflow you are running into errors with?

It sounds like the error message you're encountering is specific to your UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment. The error message suggests that the application expects you to select a table from the data source, but for some reason, it's not detecting the table from the .xlsb file you're uploading.
