"SSL error: certificate verify failed" - setup Amazon redshift ODBC connection to Alteryx

Hi,

 

We would like to setup Amazon redshift ODBC connection to use it Alteryx. We are getting "SSL error: certificate verify failed" error when we try to setup a connection. I have attached the error screenshot and SSL configuration screenshot as well.

Amazon driver version - v1.4.20.1001(64 bit).

 

Has anyone experienced this issue. Please share your suggestions.

talk to your redshift admin. It looks like it requires a different SSL/Cert. This isn't an Alteryx issue. Having said that - make sure you use the ODBC available on the Alteryx download page for Redshift ---- Not the Redshift/Amazon native one.
