"Error opening Connect String: Can't Create Data Source" for Excel Binary files

I had a workflow that ran great until I did a Microsoft 365 update. As a result, I get the following error: Error opening Connect String: Can't Create Data Source. I've seen the question answered for Microsoft Access related workflows by downloading a Microsoft Access driver, but couldn't find anything related to these files. I don't believe the same driver would work, but wanted to post it and see what I could get.

Do I need a separate driver download from Microsoft?

Should I request that people use a workaround like saving the files as .xlsx files?

I'm open to any ideas.
