padlock on my icon

Hi Community, 

can anyone tell me  why there is a padlock on the icon  and what it means?

Padlock on the Icon generally means you do not have access to that tool. what is the specific tool that you're trying to use? If it's a specific tool that you need to pay for as an addon, then it will display like that.

If its a tool you've used before, i'd suggest restarting alteryx, or re-inputting your license key just incase.

I would guess that the macro is encrypted, so you can't see the underlying content
