image input

I'm trying to send pdf through image input and using image template tool. When running the script im getting error as 

Error: Image to Text (4): Unexpected error occurred in plugin please see log file: C:\Users\akeer\AppData\Local\Alteryx\Log\ImageToText4.log

I went through many discussions but I couldnt figure it out.

Hi! I am running into the same issue. It works for some but not all. Did you ever figure this out?

No, as all the resumes(all pdfs) aren't alike the problem arises. I don't know how to handle it out.
