Filter the line items based on the Condition from an Adjacent Column

Hi Alteryx Team,

I would need your help in filtering some of the rows based on a condition from an adjacent column.
I have attached some test data here. If we take 2nd Column (Line Number =1), It has two Approvers. Approver 1 has already approved, So I no need 2nd Line anymore. For Line Number = 2, I would need both the entries as neither of them has not approved. It has to follow the same process for the next entries as well. This is for 1 set, I have multiple sets in this way with Instance ID being different

Thanks in Advance.

You can achieve this by creating filtering lines that are already approved. Then aggregate by instanceID and lineNo to get number of non-nulls i.e. where all records are not approved by any approvers. Note if2024-07-08 16_17_51-Alteryx Designer x64 - _discussion.yxmd.png
