how to turn numeric / alphabetical field names into columns

I have an excel file that shows me students names and ages in the format below, Im trying to figure out how I can use Alteryx to re format this into 2 columns, one called "name" that lists all students names and another called age that lists all students ages, the number preceding the name value matched the student so in my ideal output max would be listed as 11 because 0.name = max and 0.age= 11.

Does that make sense and is that possible?  and if so how would I accomplish that?

I've attached a sample excel file.

You can use Text to Columns followed by Crosstab. Then you can follow it up with a Select tool to remove the Index and rearrange the columns.
