is there faster way to rename Input Data columns fields name to a specific row data?

What method are you using?

 

With they Dynamic rename you can take the first row of data as the name.  You can also take the name from an input row (right anchor).  If you use the SELECT RECORDS tool, you can pick the exact record and feed that into the Dynamic rename.
