crosstab error

Hi Community, 

I am using a directory tool to import various rows of data and then when i use the crosstab is only shows me one line of data. 

There is definitely around a 100 sheets containing 20 rows of data and only one line comes out after using the crosstab, what am i doing wrong?

Hi @moshood 

Have you selected a proper key column in crosstab file.

Have been really busy with work...

Thank you all for helping out on this. I worked out the cause of the problem 

1. had an issue with my macro which was not allowing all the data to run through

2. the  headings were not consistent so the cross tab could latch onto a column
