create new field when there is null/empty value

So I want to separate data from a field to new field for example:

1 Singapore 45.9	1 Indonesia 60.2
2 Brazil 50.2	2 Mexico 40.7
3 United Kingdom 35.8	3 Australia 53.0
1 Brazil 48.7	1 Australia 58.1
2 United Kingdom 53.5	2 Indonesia 43.9
3 Singapore 40.3	3 Mexico 48.3

This is what I want to achieve. Whenever the value is null/empty it will create a new field.

1 Singapore 45.9	1 Brazil 48.7	1 Indonesia 60.2	1 Australia 58.1
2 Brazil 50.2	2 United Kingdom 53.5	2 Mexico 40.7	2 Indonesia 43.9
3 United Kingdom 35.8	3 Singapore 40.3	3 Australia 53.0	3 Mexico 48.3

Is it possible? Any help is really appreciated.
