Workflow kicks of another Workflow error

I am trying to have a workflow kick off another workflow once completed.

I found an article that explained how to do this, however I keep getting error "Error: Designer x64: The Designer x64 reported: Error running Event #1: The external program "C:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\AlteryxEngineCmd.exe" returned an error code: 2: The system could not find the environment option that was entered. (203)"

Below is how I have the event setup and I used Browse to find AlteryxEngineCmd; so I am not sure why I am getting that error.

It says that AlteryxEngineCmd can be found Program Files> Engine. I do not see an Engine folder, but I did see a bin folder that had AlteryxEngineCmd.

First thing to check is whether you are licensed for automation (which includes using the Alteryx command line).

You can check under License Manager...

If not, it is a licensing issue and you should check with your Alteryx account manager.

We are supposed to be getting server pretty soon.

Do you know if that is what will unlock that feature?

Yes, having the Alteryx Server product allows all automation (including the Command Line functionality).

Hello, 

having some error message as @, i  check under licence manger, and effectively the case API & command Line w/ Sheduler(Entreprise server & wokrstation) inactive. 

I have a designer licence and admin in server  please can you tell me how i can activate this option. I have to ask IT department ?
