Version or Unique Code For My Report

I want to create a version for my report that i generate through alteryx , everytime when i runs the workflow ,

the format of version is 

(FC-DAY/MM/YYYY/TIME/"any-string") and it changes month  and yar dynamically in future?

Please Help !!!!

You are not allowed to have slash(/) or colon (:) in the filename hence you can have filename like below.

Thanks man but I want to include that version in footer of report not in file name.
