Using Blob Input tool in Alteryx Analytic Apps for File Input

We are having an issue with workflow for one of our clients.

The WF is simple: In Alteryx Gallery accept a file as an Input from the User and then send it to FTP Location.
The File format is : xlsx , txt file and an file with no extension (but is a txt file).

The WF works fine when RUN on Alteryx Designer on a local computer but fails on Gallery interface. On input of a file it shows "File Format not supported"

Can anybody help as to what is the reason are we doing anything in-correct?

Were you able to solve this problem?  I'm trying to work with the blob tool on server and getting errors but it is working locally.

I discussed this a few weeks ago - you must have a file browse tool feed into a TEXT INPUT TOOL. the text input tool will capture the temporary path of the new file. You feed the path into a blob input tool.
