Use Alteryx to create a report for Average Handle Time and send email

Question

Hello,

Its my first time to use alteryx to generate a report for Average Handle Time. I have raw file with Agent ID, Name, # of Calls Handled, Handle Time, Hold Time, After Call Work Time. I need to lookup the Manager. 
Once I have generated a report for AHT I want to send it to the Agents that had AHT the previous day and copy their manager.

I have not tried creating a workflow in the past, anyone who has tried it? Can you guide me or show me yours? Please

It seems to me that you are a proficient Excel user. In that case, one very good place to get started is Interactive lessons - Alteryx for Excel Users

Based on my personal experience, you need to invest 1-2 hours for those bite-sized trainings and then you will be able to win back those time with the efficiency and productivity gain.

If you have no idea on how to start the workflow, I encourage you to first start learning how to work with Alteryx. There are some great resources under the Alteryx Academy area here in the community.
