Upload file by HTTP POST method

Hi,

I tried to upload a file to API via HTTP POST method (like Postman) by Download Tools.

Unfortunately, the "Payload" cannot select "File" type, is there any workaround or solution?

Steps are given below-

Create a workflow. 
Configure 'Write File' action. 
Configure 'HTTP Request' action.

Can you let me know where to config "Write File" action?

And then, which "HTTP Request" action need to config?  Header, Payload, Method??
