Update Column value if other column has the same values

Hi all,

I want to update a column if other columns contains the same value. I uploaded the input, and an output I desire. Thank you all very much for the help in advance!

Basically if both Column A - Auditor/BU and the Date columns are the same and they contain a complete status, then replacing Missing/Under Investigation Status to Complete status.

Thank you so much for your speedy response! I tried Multi-Row tool and didn't work. I guess I didn't know that I can use the group function for this tool. This worked for me! Thank you so much again!
