I have followed the steps in FAQ and updated it long time back. Its updated in preference center but its not reflecting here in community. Please refer below.

Also I am unable to tag people like @AlteryxMatt. Can you please provide assistance with that as well.

Hi Deepika,

You'll be able to tag people like @alteryxMatt once you reach 7- Meteroid status, currently you're  5 - Atom. Just keep contributing and interacting with the community and that should help.

We can not tag user if we dont reach 7- Meteroid status?
