Trigger Wf when there is a new file in the directory. Trigger wf to run every 15th

Hi,

 

I have a workflow that picks only the top 3 most recent files for the filename starting with aaabbb. Can anyone help me configure my workflow to run automatically whenever there is a new file in the directory also can someone tell me how to configure my workflow to run on the 15th of every month? Could you please provide the workflow or tool that has to be configured for reference? i'm attaching my workflow and files for reference. Thank you.
