Transposing a single column into multiple columns

I am having difficulty in transposing a single column into multiple columns. I am trying to transpose the data in Column E into their own headers. I tried using the cross tab tool but resulting in undesired results when I implement a record ID to each row. Is there an alternative solution to get the desired outcome?

Thank you for the swift response. I noticed the values of these new fields are being mapped to 'PID'. How would I transpose without mapping to any of the data shown here?
