TomTom Dataset Unlicensed Error

ERT
5 - Atom

Recently, I installed the following datasets according to my organization's internal protocols:

  • TomTom Geocoder and Reverse Geocoder Macro, Address Points
  • Zip+4 Coder
  • TomTom Drivetime, Alteryx Maps
  • US Census 2010 SF1 Demographic Data
  • DNB Analytical File
  • Experian CAPE, ACS Demos (incl. PR) and Simmons Syndicated Survey
  • Experian Household and Individual Analytica File
  • Kalibrate Technologies Traffic Counts Sample

Now, when I attempt to use the dataset in the 'Distance' tool to output drive times between multiple locations, I get the following error: 'Error: Distance (6): The data set "TomTom_US_2019_Q4" is unlicensed.'

I was redirected to this forum by my organization to see how this issue may be resolved. Thank you very much for your assistance!

Hi @ERT,

The use of the TomTom data requires installation of an additional license key.  You have one key that activates Designer and another that unlocks TomTom and other associated spatial datasets.  Typically either a "Data" or "Spatial" license will allow this...depending on your licensing...

I am running into the same issue while my Company tests out this set of tools on Gallery, specifically the DriveTime feature of the Distance tool. All other geocoding functionality seems to work, even the standard, non-DriveTime aspect of the Distance Tool.

My "US Location Insights" license is active. Can anyone assist with providing the SPECIFIC data set that's required?

The odd thing, to me, is that the tool runs just fine on my own machine with Designer (even the DriveTime feature), but the error hits when running on Server. Datasets were installed from the same .exe file on a Company Shared Drive for both my machine and the virtual machine. Using Designer 2024.1, Server Version 2024.1.1.178 Patch: 6
