Technical Issue for the assistedmodeling

Hi Community,

I reinstalled the alteryx for twice and still cannot use the assisted modeling ,

The error message shown"There seems to be an issue with the Assisted Modeling tool. You will need to close and relaunch.” 

Although there is some resolution in the internet ,such as (If you have Python packages in c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\python\pythonXX\site-packages, please rename the "site-packages" folder to "site-packages_old" for example before you run Assisted Modeling tool.l, but the resolution didnt fix my problem. what should i do?

This tool is part of the intelligence suite and requires an additional license. Do you have a license for the intelligence suite tools?
