We are facing a problem using Desktop Automation (Scheduler) with our Tableau Output tool.
Current Process
We manually run a workflow in Alteryx Designer everyday that writes to a .hyper file stored on our Tableau Server which automatically feeds a Tableau dashboard. The authentication configuration of the Tableau Output tool is using a Personal Access Token which is configured in the tool itself (not in DCM).
Problem
We are trying to use the Scheduler but when we try using the Scheduler we get the error - "Failed to sign-in to Tableau". When we try and schedule a workflow that outputs to excel, it works fine.
Alteryx version: 2023.2.1.7
The machine we use to run the workflow is currently both configured as a Controller and a Worker but not to run Gallery (in System Settings).
Could anyone help identify what might be the issue with this?
