Summarize tool (First and Last)

Hi,

May i know when i should use the First and Last (in the action choice) in using the summarize tool?

The first and last will give you just that - the first value and/or last value for a field.

Example:

SALES

10

20

30

40

100

5

18

First_Sales will give you "10" and Last_Sales will give you "18".
