Summarize operator working

I am just getting started with Alteryx and have a small doubt regarding functioning of Summarize operator.

Say I have selected 8 fields(A-H) in top left box from whole dataset and I am grouping A,B,C and aggregating on D on each group.

So my output will have all 8 fields or just A,B,C,aggregated_D?

It will have 4 fields on output. But if you want 9, you just have to join the original data (L) to the summarization output (R) and use the group by fields as your join keys (deselect the Right duplicate fields) to get that one summarization added.
