Subtotals for multiple criteria, removing repeated rows and display on multiple tabs

I have attached a small data table that I need to summarize by division, by FX, by project name.

The unusual thing about this is when a project has a duplicated amount, but with a different PO.  I need to reduce the data to one line of detail, however list ALL PO's associated with the project.

Below you will see that the first project has multiple lines, however the last 2 have the same amount.  This is where I just need one line displayed with BOTH PO's listed (shown in output table below)

For the final presentation, I want to sum by each project, by FX, then sum each page by Division.

I also need each division to be displayed on their own tab.
