String Modification

*Greetings everyone.
I have a column of numbers that were imported from google sheet.

Technically each cell should contain 4 numbers. Since it was stored in a column where the format of the cells was number, all cells that where the first number was 0 dropped that number.

For example if it was 0395 it turned out 395 

Or if it was 0042 it became 42

the ones that had three zeros at the beginning turned from 0009 to 9

Any ideas on how I can add 0  in the beginning until the length of the field is 4?
