Splitting string with two delimeters and not same value

Hi!

Does anyone know how I can split the values under "name"? I have tried text to columns, but since the delimetters are not regular or the same for all values it does not work.

The Idea is that i want "New xx" in an own column called "cases" and f/m in an own column called "Gender" and the numbers indicate age or age group. For example f65 is female 65 and m014 is male 0-14

Much appreciate the help :)
