When I try to license my computer, it sends me to a window where I must send a verification code to my email to continue. However, no matter how many times I ask it to send the code, the code does not appear. It does not appear in my inbox, nor does it appear in my spam.

 

Please advise, thanks.

Check what email address is registered to your MyAlteryx account in the first instance
