SharePoint output tool issue

Hi all,

I have the following issue when i am using sharepoint output tool:

i am already connected but, when i click on site, it keep loading and never ends, i dont know what happen.

Please help me.

Hi @danmendo ,

this sounds like an authorisation issue. Do you have dual authentication configured for that connection?

It seems like you're authorised to connect but there is another step that is not being activated.

From memory from a previous issue faced with a customer, we had to involve Alteryx Support and follow the connection via Fiddler traces.

My recommendation would be to get in contact with support.

However, I can help troubleshoot a couple of the common issues. Can you please share with me your Alteryx Designer Version and the version of the Sharepoint Output Tool you are using?
