Select Tool not showing Fields

I have a new issue with 2024.1.1.49 Patch 1

I have a flow that connects a csv to a find Replace tool - this has been working fine for about a year before updating.

Now per the attached screenshots, the select tool is not seeing the row headers. No clue how to resolve this

have you tried running the flow
and also check of you can see the data in input anchor.

For some reason, I can see the Preview of the file I'd like to read, but this doesnt come into any tools. Not Browse, or select even after running

attached is the file that isn't coming in - I've attempted as xlsx, csv, and plain text.

This isnt being read by Browse, Find Replace, Select, or anything else I've attempted.

This has been resolved. The error appeared to have been related to a "Block Until Done" tool farther upstream. This tool likely needs to be updated for 2024 on my end.
