What is wrong with SMTP server, when sending email in workflow. What else can be set for email to be sent, so that Designer tool doesn't have "error message" about weird server.

SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_Mail_Transfer_Protocol 

 

The SMTP server is required because this is what will be sending your emails. You can obtain this information from your IT department or email messaging team if you do not have it handy.
