Error: Designer x64: The Designer x64 reported: InboundNamedPipe GetOverlappedResult

Hello all,

Recently I ran into this error after upgrading to 2021.2.1.35394 while connecting to Microsoft Access database tables.  Designer would read 2-3 tables but any more and I would get the error.  I could look at 3 or 4 inputs and they would be fine but if I checked anymore and I would get an unexpected shut down of designer.  Long story short, after much trouble shooting the Microsoft Database Engine driver had become corrupt.  So if you are getting this error a helpful first step is to repair the engine (download here:  Download Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable from Official Microsoft Download Cent...).  I do not know if it was the upgrade or some windows or other software update, but that fixed the issue.  I hope this helps.
