Render: Using commas for decimal spaces

I'm using the render tool to create reports.
I wonder if its possible changing the format of the numbers from this:

To this (comma to separate the decimal):

I dont how to do it in Render tool and I believe it is more about how to output your data.

We though can use a Formula too to convert your numerical data to string with comma, then output.

Under Options/user settings/localization are you set up for period as your decimal symbol? If so - switch that to comma...
