Remove rows based on condition

Hello All,

 

I am a new user and need your assistance in solving an issue.

 

Below is a sample of my data. If any row with the same Batch ID has an Allocation rule = User provided i must delete all rows associated with that Batch ID. 

 

There is no set amount rows associated with each Batch ID.
