Remove columns of future periods

I have a "Working Days" text input for an entire year, however all of my other data is only YTD (currently through P5).

When I create my output file, it shows the future period columns because the "Working Days" line has amounts.

How can I easily remove the columns that have no data on the other lines?

Is there a better way to calculate working days for just the current YTD periods that may not need a text file?
