Regex Parse by specific String

Hi Community,

I'm looking to parse the following text into 2 columns with 'GBP' being the delimiter.

CHIN FONG 0.00 GBP 0.150 MIN 557212 P30040 LS

I've attempted using text to columns with not much luck, is there a way to perform this using a regex expression.
