RegEx Parsing Data

I'm trying to pull some data from a survey that's structured as follows with a question mark a line break and a bullet but can't get the RegEx function to work. In the example below, I would like to pull out the "Very Satisfied" response. Any help would be appreciated.

 

How satisfied are you?
• Very satisfied
